We work to keep this site accurate, but content here is general information, not a promise about your specific property. Pricing ranges, timelines and material descriptions are illustrative — the scope, price and schedule for your job are whatever your signed estimate and contract say.

Estimates and Inspections

Inspections and estimates offered on this site are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is valid for the period stated on it and may change if hidden conditions appear once work begins — damaged decking under the shingles is the common example. We'll tell you before we proceed with anything that changes the price.

Insurance Claim Assistance

We document damage, prepare estimates and supplements, and meet your adjuster on site. We are contractors, not public adjusters or attorneys: we do not negotiate your claim settlement, interpret your policy for you, or guarantee that a claim will be approved or paid at any particular amount. Coverage decisions are your insurer's alone.

Deductibles. Oklahoma and Texas both prohibit a contractor from paying, waiving, rebating or absorbing your insurance deductible (Oklahoma: HB 1940, 36 O.S. § 3614.1; Texas: Insurance Code Chapter 707). We will never offer to do so, and you should treat any contractor who does as a warning sign.

The Free Roof Project

Our community giveaway is offered at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not create any entitlement to a free roof or any other service. Recipients are selected by our team based on need, and we may change or discontinue the program at any time.

Financing

Financing is offered through an independent third-party lender, not by us. We do not make credit decisions, set rates or terms, and we do not guarantee approval. Any rates, terms and promotional offers come from the lender and are subject to their approval and their own agreements. Following a financing link takes you to the lender's website.

Workmanship and Warranties

Our workmanship guarantee and any manufacturer material warranties are described in your contract and the manufacturer's own documentation. Nothing on this website extends, replaces or modifies those written terms.

Intellectual Property

The content, layout and branding on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation does not apply to our obligations under a signed contract for work performed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, where we are headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
