Shoemaker Snoddy Roofing & Construction is a locally owned and operated company built on honesty, hard work, and a passion for helping our neighbors. Owners Eric Shoemaker and Kate Snoddy came up through roofing and construction management, and started this company for a simple reason: they were tired of watching an industry run on disorganization and broken follow-through.
What began with small jobs is now a team of in-house professionals serving residential and commercial clients with full-service roofing, gutters, general construction and storm restoration. Our goal is simple: to be the roofing and construction company you trust for life. We're not here for quick fixes or rushed projects — we're here to build long-term relationships through dependable service and superior results.
The part that sets us apart is a licensing detail most homeowners never think about until they need it. We're a licensed general contractor, not a roof-only outfit. When a storm lifts shingles, dents the gutters, soaks the insulation and cracks the drywall underneath, that's four trades — and most homeowners end up coordinating four companies. We carry the whole scope on one contract, from emergency tarping through finished reconstruction.
We also handle the paperwork. Our claim assistance team photographs and documents every finding, meets your adjuster on the roof, and prices the full construction scope so nothing gets missed. To be clear about where that line sits: we document and price the construction side of a claim — we are not public adjusters and we don't negotiate your settlement.
