Our founders, Eric Shoemaker and Kate Snoddy, started as a roofer and construction manager dedicated to structure, precision, and accountability values they honed from years of working in roofing and project oversight. Frustrated by the lack of organization and follow-through in the industry, they built Shoemaker Snoddy Roofing and Construction with one clear goal: better roofs, better processes, better results, better relationships.

A few small jobs turned into many. Today, we’re a dedicated in-house team with skilled roofers, inspectors, and project managers. While we're proud of our heritage, we're focused on the future, refining our systems and strengthening our promise to every client.
